We need a small deposit based on a percentage of the total cost if you agree to the Phase 2 agreement. We ask that you come with financing in place, or most common ways our clients are funding their projects are cash, HELOC and construction loans. We feel that step 1 if very important in understanding what your wants and needs are for your home remodeling or custom home build project.
Phase 2
Phase 2
We will hold a few meetings within a month for the planning and development phase. We'll present a preliminary scope of work and budget in the first meeting and review conceptual floor plans and designs in the second. In the third meeting, we'll discuss proposed blueprints and designs, and in the fourth, we'll present the final blueprint and proposal. We'll provide material choices beforehand and take measurements during the first meeting. You can ask questions or express concerns in any meeting.
Phase 3
Phase 3
After Phase 3 is approved, we will submit a project proposal for permitting and assign a project manager. The permitting process takes 3-6 weeks for residential projects. We will create a schedule and keep you informed. The timeline for planning and construction completion varies depending on size and complexity.
