As a full service remodeling contractor, we are able to provide our clients a "one stop shop" for all of their Idaho remodel needs, start to finish. We offer help with design, do complete house remodels, kitchen remodels, bath remodels, additions, residential roofing and more.
When you start to do larger remodels, or want to move things around that need assistance more than just cosmetically, we can help. When needed, we are able to help pull permits, work with structural engineers, get architectural plans, place structural beams, etc.

Our Process

The process of a home remodel can be overwhelming and our job is to make sure the process of your remodel goes smoothly while delivering a home remodel with excellence. We will start off with a custom consultation, hearing what your vision is for the renovation, what issues you're currently having and we will get a clear picture of how we can serve you.
During the consultation, some of our clients know exactly what they want, while others appreciate the guidance of a highly skilled eye to bounce ideas off of. This is where our owner, Kyle is able to really help you with ideas, walk you through how to optimize your budget in the process, and suggest design ideas to make it the most functional for you and your family.
Once the initial consult has happened, you then have the option of meeting with our designer to go over your home remodel in more detail. This takes all of the guess work and overwhelm out of design when you can sit down with our professional designer who will help you come up with the perfect design to fit your personal style!
Once we have done our consultation, design meeting, and any follow up meetings, we will get to work on an estimate and timeline for your Boise kitchen/bath/full home remodel! Once all is agreed upon, we will get to work on making your current home into your fully renovated dream space!
While everyone knows home remodels can often present unexpected issues, we take pride in having excellent communication with our homeowners to guide this process. Should anything come up in the process, you can rest assured knowing we will be working on solutions on the backend while also keeping you updated every step of the way.
We work hard with our team to stick to our timeline's and will always give you updates along the way on your home renovation.
As far as the actual renovation process, some of our clients remain in the home while others are living elsewhere for the duration of the remodeling process. Either way, we keep your space as tidy and clean as possible. We will let you know when we are planning to do certain projects throughout the timeline so that you can know what to expect and when.
Once the kitchen remodel, bath remodel, home addition or full home remodel project is completed, we will then do a final walk through with you. This is where we will go over the final product and adjust anything that needs adjustments.
From there, we hope to have leave you with a big smile and a feeling of "home," knowing your newly remodeled home has been completed with excellence! Time for you to sit back, relax and take in the beauty that surrounds you with your newly remodeled or renovated space!
